- Second trimester: you should continue to walk the way you do. Though the recommended time for walking is about 30 minutes. Too much walking may also become a problem.
- Third trimester: This trimester is for rest. You should stop walking for longer and moderate periods. Take rest as much as you can.
How Many Steps Should A Woman Walk In A Day:

On an average, a woman should walk 30-40 minutes in a day. This can be done for 4 days to 6 days a week. But everyone’s walking capacity is not the same and it varies from person to person.
