Diarrhea during early pregnancy is due to hormonal changes as one of the main reason. It is a common phenomenon in the first three months of pregnancy.

2. Lactose Intolerance

Another dietary change that can cause diarrhea is added milk or lactose in their diet by pregnant women. The increased quantity of lactose may create intolerance, thus produce diarrhea.

Diarrhea is termed as having more than three loose stools in 24 hours.
