HEPATITIS B: It’s a viral disease causes itching and inflammation (tis) in the liver. It’s a contaminating disease spread through contact with infected patients. Its virus may activate 3 to 6 months after the infection. Its symptoms are stomach pain, loss of weight and appetite, yellow color of skin and eyes, fever, nausea & vomiting. Patient speedily loses their energy. Complete bed rest is highly recommended.
DIPHTHERIA: It’s a contaminated disease and spread to an affected person when they sneeze, coughing and blowing their nose. Its bacteria may be activated after 6 weeks of contamination. The affected organs are Nose, Tongue, throat & air pipe (esophagus). Paralysis & Kidney failure can be seen if not vaccinated.
TETANUS: Tetanus is caused by Clostridium tetani bacterium. The early symptoms of Tetanus are fever, headache, and diarrhea. Animal Bites may also a cause Tetanus.
BCG: It’s caused by Bacille Calmette-Guerin bacterium. The only vaccine available for tuberculosis.
OPV: Oral Polio Vaccine. To protect children from paralysis.
ACELLULAR PERTUSSIS: It is a gram-negative bacterial infection which affects mucosal layers of the human respiratory tract. Its spread the same way as diphtheria by sneezing, coughing and blowing nose by an infected person. The incubation period of bacteria is 7-10 days.
HEMOPHILUS INFLUENZA/ MENINGITIS: it’s an invasive disease caused by Hemophilus influenza B can affect multiple organ systems. It’s vaccination protects us from pneumonia(lung infection), bacteremia(blood infection), infectious arthritis(inflammation of joints), epiglottitis(inflammation in breath pipe) & meningitis(infection covering brain or spinal cord). Mostly affect children younger than 5 years old.
IPV (Inactivated Polio Vaccine): An another form of Polio vaccine. It is given in the form of injection depending upon the age of a person. It comes into use after 2000, when the USA used inactivated(dead) virus of polio in this vaccine.
PCV (Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine): vaccine protects children & adults from 13 types of pneumococcal bacteria out of known 90 types of pneumococcal bacteria. It seriously affects blood (bacteremia), lungs(pneumonia) and brain & spinal cord(meningitis).
MMR (Measles, Mumps & Rubella Vaccine):
MEASLES: It’s a viral disease with symptoms like fever, running nose, red pinpoint rashes that start from the face and spreads to the whole body. In older children can cause encephalitis(inflammation of the brain) or brain damage.
MUMPS: Also a viral disease causes inflammation in gland just below the ear and testicles in men that lead to infertility.
RUBELLA: Viral symptoms like rashes, Inflammation of glands behind the ear, arthritis and cause fever. In pregnancy, women could get miscarriages or serious birth defect, unborn baby.

CHICKENPOX VACCINE: Getting vaccine is much safer than getting Chickenpox disease. It usually attacks lower than13 years of child age. It’s virus spreads by air by sneezing, coughing or fluids of chickenpox blisters. Itching, fever, and rashes on the skin are the primary symptoms.
TYPHOID: vaccine prevents Typhoid fever caused by bacterium Salmonella typhi. It’s spread by eating and drinking contaminated food and water respectively. Tha major symptoms are a headache, stomach pain, fever, and diarrhea.
HPV: HPV vaccine protects from cancer caused by Human Papillomavirus. It causes cancer at vagina, cervix, vulva in women and at the penis in men. Also affects anus, back to throat, tongue, and tonsils in both genders
